Statistics-API: Auth-Scope für Endpunkte korrigieren

1. Der Zustelldienst akzeptiert nicht den richtigen Scope, so dass der Aufruf abgewiesen wird

1. der Zustelldienst akzeptiert nur den in #1350 (closed) vereinbarten (langen) Scope (URL-Format)
   • Anpassungen sowohl in SSP-Team und ZSD-Team synchronisieren

Additional Information:

• Beim Deployment darauf achten, dass die Umstellung des Statsitikusers im OAuth Server ebenfalls umgestellt wird (Infrastruktur-Config) - hier unkritisch, wenn es kleine Verzögerungen gibt.
• Am besten nach der Übernahme der Destination-Api angehen.
• Umsetzung im Rahmen von #53 (closed)
