Veraltete Doku CLI-Tool

Description of the bug:

Laut aktueller Doku ist dies aber möglich, nur leider finde ich keine Version des Tools zum Download. https://git.fitko.de/fit-connect/fit-connect-tools/-/tree/main/java/cli?ref_type=heads

Das neue muss selbst aus dem Repo oben gebaut werden. Es wird nicht mehr auf Maven veröffentlicht. Die Anleitung dazu steht direkt in der Readme des Repos

• Unter den SDKs ist ein Menüpunkt CLI vorhanden
