Doku: Bug: Client-Secret Beschreibung überarbeiten

Current behavior:

"Verwirrt hat mich, da die Anleitung der FITKO noch den alten Stand abbildet, zu dem ich es damals eingerichtet hatte.
hier ist der Client Secret noch permanent kopierbar, welcher nun mit dem Workaround abrufbar ist.

Expected behavior:

• Client Secret ist nur einmalig am bei Erstellung einsehbar muss sicher abgespeichert werden und ist danach nicht mehr einsehbar.
