Fixed Testing and small Refractor (planning#361)

Pascal Osterwinter requested to merge feature/key_length_test_and_small_refractor into main

Key length verification test now correctly expects a key length exception to pass. Moved Key legth verification to certificateValidation.py for consistency. Certificate verification test will now test key length from certificateValidation.py
