API-Spezifikation Self-Service API (des SSP)

1. Für das SSP existiert eine neue API-Spezifikation (Destination Management Self-Service API), die den Endpunkt POST <ssp>/v1/destinations und den Endpunkt <ssp>/v1/delivery-services abbildet.
2. Für diese API-Spezifikation existiert dieselbe CI wie für die Submission API (Publikation auf https://schema.fitko.de/fit-connect/self-service-api/)
3. NEU: Die Ordner https://schema.fitko.de/fit-connect/destination-management-api und https://schema.fitko.de/fit-connect/self-service-portal-api/ sind gelöscht
4. Der Endpunkt heißt in der API-Spec: "create destination id"
5. Die API-Spezifikation wird als v1.0.0 released
