Fehlerbehebung nach Gitlab Migration

Description of the bug:

• Hosts haben die falsche Dockerconfig für die neue Registry
• Referenzen auf die alte Registry im Infrarepo muss geändert werden
• IT.N muss sich gegen die neue Registry authentifizieren
• Image Referenzen in k8s manifesten
• Manche Diffs sind kaputt; Beispiel: https://git.fitko.de/fit-connect/parameter-service/-/merge_requests/65/diffs
