Inkorrektes Updaten von OAuth Clients im C2Id während der OAuthScopeMigration
Description of the bug:
C2Id Clients werden während der OAuthScopeMigration gelöscht und neu angelegt. Dies führt dazu, dass auch das Secret geändert wird.
Current behavior:
Secret ändert sich nach der OAuthScopeMigration.
Expected behavior:
Secret bleibt identisch, aber fehlerhafte Scopes werden behoben
