[Bug] JWK Validator: PEM Zertifikat wird nicht korrekt eingelesen

Description of the bug:

1. Zertifikat im PEM Format mit beliebigen und nicht korrekten Whitespace, Tabs oder New Lines in den JWK Validator eingeben
2. JWK-Validator parsed den String falsch

Current behavior:

JWK-Validator wirft einen Fehler beim Initialisieren.

Expected behavior:

JWK-Validator parsed das Zertifikat korrekt.
